Eva’s Reloved range is an exclusive collection of Eva products whose first home wasn’t quite the right fit.

We strive to keep our impact on the planet a positive one. So we believe that high-quality products that are near-new should be reloved rather than sent to landfill.

Like many businesses, we had to reassess our product returns process during the pandemic. And while most of our products are donated to charity, those that couldn’t make it to a donation centre came back to our warehouse in Melbourne.

With this backlog, these Eva products are in an in-between abode - which is where Reloved comes in. You can be the one to take them home and love them forever. And at a fraction of the price, think of it as a thank you from the Earth for giving new energy to furniture, not using up any extra.

As part of our Reloved program, our team assesses the quality of the product, ensuring that all products included in the program are ‘near-new’ and ready to rehome. We then place them on our Reloved site for sale.

Once you’ve made a purchase, we’ll send you details of our pickup location in Springvale, Melbourne. Due to the nature of the products, neither returns nor a trial-period are available with the Reloved range. However, all Reloved products come with a warranty, for your peace of mind. Product availability depends on any returns or sample stock coming back to us, and are therefore limited (our customers normally choose to keep their products forever!).

For now, our Reloved range consists of our most popular products: Eva Mattress, Pillows and the All Day Sofa. However, as more products become available, we’ll soon list more on our Reloved site.
