Our Reloved range is available for pickup only in Springvale, Melbourne. Pickup address and details are provided in the confirmation order.

As a new-near product, you can expect your Reloved product to function and feel similar to a new sofa. We undertake quality and cleanliness checks on all products before selling them as part of our Reloved Program.
However, as to be expected, there may be small signs that the product has been previously owned, such as markings, scratches or minor imperfections. This won’t affect the function or quality of the product. Our Reloved products have all been heavily discounted as a consideration of this factor.

Due to operational limitations, we cannot currently offer inspections or photos for Reloved products prior to purchase.

All sales under our Reloved Programs are final. While change of mind returns are not available, we offer a warranty with all products, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply to the sale of Reloved products.

Our team uses an antibacterial and antifungal hygiene rinse to clean products prior to resale so that they can be happily re-homed. Once prepared, products are stored in a clean environment. Please note that to reduce our impact on the environment, we do not manufacture new packaging for Reloved products. As such, in some cases your product will not come with original packaging.
